Storm damage, split branches and unstable trees can become dangerous quickly. Woodvale provides prompt advice and emergency tree work across Surrey and London.
If there is immediate danger
Keep people and pets well away, do not stand beneath damaged branches, and avoid touching trees that may be in contact with power lines. For a tree affecting electricity cables, a public road or an immediate threat to life, contact the relevant emergency service or utility first.
How we respond
Call us with the location, photographs and a clear description of what has happened. We will assess the urgency, access and surrounding risks, then explain what can be done safely. The first visit may focus on making the area safe; further pruning or removal can be planned once immediate hazards are controlled.
