These terms govern use of the Woodvale Tree Care website. Tree work is supplied under the separate written quotation and any job-specific terms agreed with the customer.
Website information
We aim to keep information clear and accurate, but general website content is not a substitute for inspecting a tree or site. Recommendations, availability and prices can change after an assessment. Do not rely on website information in an emergency.
Quotations and tree work
- A quotation describes the agreed scope, price, treatment of arisings and known access requirements.
- Extra work or changed site conditions must be agreed before proceeding.
- The customer must provide safe, lawful access and disclose relevant boundaries, utilities and known restrictions.
- Protected-tree consent and conservation-area notices must be confirmed before work unless the written quotation states that Woodvale will manage them.
- Payment, cancellation and rescheduling arrangements are those stated in the accepted quotation.
Tree work manages living organisms and cannot guarantee how a tree will respond, remain stable in every future event or avoid all natural regrowth. We work to the agreed professional specification and take reasonable care of the site.
Website use and liability
Website text, branding and images may not be copied for commercial use without permission. External links are provided for convenience; their content is controlled by the third party. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, use of the website is at your own risk.
