Tree felling is the efficient removal of a tree in one controlled operation when its condition, surroundings and available space make that method suitable.
Planned from the ground up
We assess the tree’s lean, weight, condition and likely fall path, together with nearby buildings, boundaries, roads and overhead services. A safe working zone is established before cuts are made, and the direction of fall is controlled using appropriate equipment and techniques.
When felling is suitable
- Open gardens, fields and larger grounds
- Trees with adequate clear space around them
- Sites where access allows safe processing and removal
Where space is restricted, sectional tree removal may be the safer choice. We will explain the difference and recommend the most practical option—not simply the quickest one.
After the tree is down
Branches can be chipped, timber cut to manageable lengths, and the site left tidy. Stump grinding can be included if you want the area ready for replanting, turf or landscaping.
